Phosphatidylcholine (from purified sunflower seed lecithin) – 45 mg

Water, glycerin, ethanol, acacia gum, vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate and natural mixed tocopherols).

Take 2 pumps twice daily. Repeat to desired dose or as directed by a healthcare professional.Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing.

May be mixed into a small amount of water. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.

Once opened, use within 60 days.
