How to use and frequency of use

With head in normal position, while seated, gently squeeze the bottle, one squeeze on each side of the nostril.  Squeeze toward the inner part of the membrane, avoiding the sensitive outer or more lateral membrane. Insert nozzle next to inner nasal membrane and gently squirt. Immediately sniff contents deeply to distribute throughout the sinuses. Repeat with each nostril. For best reults, sniff deeply. Repeat as needed
